''Sin Mirar Atrás'' was recorded in studios from cities as Madrid, Miami, Los Angeles, Mexico, Bratislava, London, Stockholm and São Paulo.〔 The album was produced by Grammy Award-winner Sebastian Krys as well José Luis, Armando Ávila, Antonio Rayo, Jacobo Calderón, Rafa Vergara and Dimitri Stassos,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Lo nuevo de Bisbal, a la venta en Octubre )〕 as well as Bisbal himself, who is accredited as co-writer on six songs.〔 It includes collaborations from English singer-songwriter Pixie Lott and Mexican singer-songwriter Espinoza Paz.
The album was released on 3 editions: standard, that include only 11 tracks,〔 a deluxe edition released the same day that include 3 plus tracks including the duet with Pixie Lott,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Sin Mirar Atrás (Deluxe Version) – David Bisbal )〕 and the 24 horas + edition, that include the tracks from the standard edition and 3 versions from the song "24 Horas" featuring Espinoza Paz.〔
